About The Position

Owens Corning Danville is calling everyone interested in a Maintenance Technician position in the Danville, IL area to apply to join our amazing manufacturing team full-time! This position works a rotating 12-hour shift, working 4 weeks on nights and then 4 weeks on days, with rotating days. Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday one week and then Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday the next. This may include occasional scheduled overtime. We pay this full-time Maintenance Technician position competitive pay, ranging from $31.72-$43.66. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates in a related field of study or a minimum of 5 years related industrial/manufacturing maintenance work experience preferred.
• Experience working with a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine tasks both individually and in a group such as oiling, lubricating machinery, specific project tasks and building innovations.
• Support production, warehouse and equipment reliability.
• Perform mechanical repairs, machining, fabrication, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and instrumentation controls works.
