About The Position

We are seeking a motivated hard worker to join our custodian and maintenance team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment. This is a full-time position during day-shift hours.

Requirements

• Highschool Diploma or GED
• Ability to be punctual for scheduled shifts
• Previous experience in maintenance, construction, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, welding, plumbing, or other related trades
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment, including running snow removal equipment, skid steers, and scissor lifts
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Complete work and repair in a timely fashion
• Estimate time and extent of repairs
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on commercial buildings
• Perform general ground maintenance, snow removal, lawn mowing, weed control, etc
• Work with and/or oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
• Help keep buildings in a clean, orderly and functional condition
• Other duties as assigned
