About The Position
Amalgamated Management Corporation is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is essential for ensuring that our apartment homes are maintained to the highest standards. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for identifying and diagnosing maintenance issues, performing necessary repairs, and ensuring that all units are returned to residents in perfect working order. The Maintenance Technician will work full-time, Monday to Friday, with on-call responsibilities as needed. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with various trades, including painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. Attention to detail is crucial, as is the ability to manage multiple tasks and complete work schedules efficiently. The position requires a commitment to maintaining a safe and functional living environment for our residents, and the technician will be expected to uphold the company's standards of excellence in service and maintenance.
