About The Position

The Maintenance Technician role at TAC Worldwide Companies involves supporting maintenance teams in repairing and maintaining company assets, as well as fabricating and installing new equipment. The position requires hands-on problem-solving skills to ensure smooth operations within the plant.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in manufacturing maintenance.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
• Ability to stand for up to 4 hours and perform repetitive bending.
• Basic math and hand tool skills.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational skills, integrity, teamwork, and adaptability.

Nice To Haves

• Mechanical aptitude (motors, gears, bearings, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and adjust equipment.
• Fabricate parts from metal, plastic, or wood.
• Monitor and maintain plant systems such as boilers, compressors, and water processing.
• Assist the Plant Engineer with layouts and capital asset purchases.
• Support plant safety and security systems.
• Order parts and accessories.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.

Benefits

• Direct hire position with competitive pay starting at $28+/hr (DOE).
• Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 4:30 am to 3 pm.
