About The Position

Lakeside Foods is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team, responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of food processing machinery and equipment. This role is crucial for maintaining the facility and supporting production staff in delivering high-quality products. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver with a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.

Requirements

• Prior experience with mechanical maintenance preferred.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Be willing to obtain or possess a current Minnesota boilers operator license - onsite training available.
• Positive attitude.
• Strong work ethic.
• Safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain a wide variety of food processing machinery and conveyers.
• Assist production staff to produce high quality vegetables by following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
