Requirements

• Ability to read and understand technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Proficient in the use of maintenance tools and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Flexibility to work on-call or overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems as per established schedules.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, machinery, and production equipment.
• Ensure all equipment is running at optimal performance levels and that all maintenance work is completed in a timely and effective manner.
• Inspect and test equipment, systems, and installations to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections, including documenting parts used and time spent on tasks.
• Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment and systems.
• Ensure that the workplace complies with health, safety, and environmental standards, following all safety protocols and using personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and perform repairs during downtime.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth running of operations.
• Drive continuous improvement and motivate others.
• Perform other maintenance-related tasks as assigned.
