Under the direction of the Property Manager and the Director of Property Management, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for efficiently performing all general apartment and facilities maintenance and preventative maintenance and troubleshooting within assigned property or other properties as assigned. This position will incorporate different trades including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, and painting. In collaboration with the Property Manager, the Maintenance Technician will prioritize, schedule and complete tenant service request for unit repairs, general maintenance, and janitorial duties according to ACOF standards. The Maintenance Technician will interface with the 3rd party vendors to preserve and maintain the building and provide a quality living environment for ACOF’s tenants and working to establish a positive, productive work relationship with the community.
