The Maintenance Technician at CONAM Management Corporation is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks in a multi-family property environment. The technician will participate in an on-call rotation and is expected to provide excellent service to residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
