About The Position

As a Maintenance Technician you will perform preventative maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems at our site in Cleveland, OH. You will also perform equipment failure analyses, troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems, and prepare technical reports to document modifications and equipment maintenance procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 5+ years experience in maintenance, or mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical repair.
• Must be able to work from blueprints, manuals, sketches and verbal instructions.
• Excellent time management skills required for this position.
• Must be willing to work shifts.

Nice To Haves

• An Associate's or Technical Degree in Machine troubleshooting and repair or related maintenance training and experience.
• Experience working with automated equipment.

Responsibilities

• Complete preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and execute work orders in a safe and timely manner.
• Perform training as needed on troubleshooting and repair techniques utilized with equipment.
• Perform various building maintenance activities inside and outside the plant.
• Advise or recommend new or changed methods and equipment to reduce costs and improve efficiencies.
