About The Position
The Maintenance Technician position is responsible for providing intermediate-level expertise in responding to work orders, troubleshooting, and performing emergency and preventive maintenance on building equipment, fixtures, and systems in a commercial campus environment. This role requires working under minimal supervision as part of a self-directed work team, performing equipment repairs, general maintenance tasks, and supporting licensed trades as needed. The technician must possess a good working knowledge of maintenance operations and be able to identify and correct safety-related issues.
