About The Position
Alternatives, Inc. in Belvidere, NJ is looking to hire a part-time Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Technician will address the maintenance needs of agency facilities, homes, and apartments including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electric, landscaping, and painting. The role also involves maintaining accurate records and documentation of all materials, costs, and expenditures incurred during or in relation to the prescribed duties of the position. Additionally, the technician will document all maintenance and repairs in the Facilities work order database and remain knowledgeable of requirements and standards for all licensing and regulatory bodies.
