About The Position

Ebenezer is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our Senior Cooperative team at Realife Cooperative Bloomington in Bloomington, MN! This role is responsible, under the direction of the Property Manager, for the overall maintenance of the building at our Senior Living Cooperative. No boiler's license required! This maintenance schedule includes; 80 hours every two weeks, Full time, day shift, No weekends! Full Benefit Eligible: Cash Out Wages Before Payday with our New Benefit of Early Wage Access! Requirements

• Current Driver's License (in good standing)
• One to three years of previous experience
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Nice To Haves

• Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree: HVAC or related
• Three to five years of previous experience

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance duties
• Performs general repairs
• Performs other duties as assigned and directed
• On-Call for Maintenance emergencies
