About The Position

Requirements

  • Five years of hands-on maintenance experience.
  • Formal training in related technical areas is desired.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Self-motivated and capable of collaborating in a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Prior experience driving a forklift and working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Flexibility for off-duty emergency or unplanned work during schedule interruptions.

Responsibilities

  • Perform non-scheduled and preventive maintenance of all facility equipment and buildings.
  • Direct installation and revision of plant and facility equipment with the assistance of lower-level mechanics or contractors.
  • Troubleshoot electrical and electronic controls of plant equipment and facility systems, including PLC, HMI, and PC.
  • Fabricate fixtures and equipment from drawings or concepts.
  • Utilize CMMS software to record maintenance activities and parts usage.
  • Maintain electrical, piping, and fluid pumping systems proficiently.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in additional maintenance functions such as welding, HVAC, control circuits, or fabrication.
  • Use basic maintenance testing and measuring equipment effectively.
  • Read and understand blueprints and other technical materials.
