In this role you'll make an impact by: Enhancing workforce productivity by planning and coordinating labor, parts, materials, and equipment access through coordinating with internal resources and contractors. Reviewing, validating, and monitoring work requests ensuring a clear scope of work, completion dates, resource allocation and completion. Providing technical guidance by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing production equipment and machinery to ensure optimum operation. Implementing preventative maintenance systems, procedures, and methods. Overseeing and maintaining inventory management activities including ordering, receiving, storing, and distributing. Participating in training of mechanics and assisting in maintaining company policies & procedures. Driving process and equipment reliability improvements and leading troubleshooting for chronic issues.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or equivalent required, vocation education with advanced certifications preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience with mastery knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or automation systems.
  • Advanced diagnostic and planning ability.
  • Understanding of maintenance processes, work order systems, and storeroom processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CMMS and SAP for accurate data management in parts and equipment.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and communicate instructions clearly in English.
  • Proven organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work in a production environment including wearing PPE and changing work conditions.
  • Ability to stand, walk, use hands frequently, and lift and/or move up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 100 lbs (assisted).
