About The Position

The Maintenance Technician is a technical wage position that plans, organizes, directs, and performs electrical/electronic and mechanical maintenance to maximize production output while assuring that safety standards and product quality standards are met at their assigned facility. These positions require working of rotating shifts in a 24 hour operation.

Requirements

• AS degree in EET, MET, Mechatronics, or similar curriculum or 3 plus years experience in Industrial Maintenance or military experience in a maintenance discipline.

Responsibilities

• Follows all safety rules and regulations.
• Inputs and manages data for maintenance management database.
• Understands and troubleshoots machinery in his/her assigned area.
• Responsible for his/her technical progression.
• Has pride in his/her maintenance repairs in regards efficiency, quality and the effect he/she has on production.
• Understands that his/her work has a direct bearing on tire uniformity and quality.
• Interfaces with all related functions (ie. Production, Quality, Engineering).
• Performs assigned duties per supervision directives.

Benefits

• Starting wage $31.53 per/hr. and $2.00 per/hr. shift premium
