About The Position
Morgan Properties offers a full-time paid training program called 'Fix It Forward' to train individuals to become Maintenance Technicians. No prior apartment maintenance experience is needed. The program is designed for dependable individuals who are ready to learn and enjoy hands-on work. It includes on-the-job training, company-paid EPA & CPO certifications, and a clear career path to a permanent Maintenance Technician role. The training program typically lasts 3 to 6 months and progresses through three levels: Beginner (focus on safety, tools, basic tasks), Intermediate (more repairs, less supervision), and Advanced (complex work, ready for permanent role). Participants receive pay raises as they advance through the training levels.
Requirements
