About The Position

Morgan Properties offers a full-time paid training program, the 'Fix It Forward Program', to become a Maintenance Technician. No prior apartment maintenance experience is needed. The program is designed for dependable individuals who are ready to learn and enjoy hands-on work. It typically runs for 3 to 6 months, with trainees progressing through three levels: Beginner (focus on safety, tools, basic tasks), Intermediate (more repairs, less supervision), and Advanced (complex work, ready for a permanent role). Successful completion leads to a permanent Maintenance Technician position with associated benefits and pay increases.
