About The Position

Morgan Properties offers a Full-Time Paid Training Program, the "Fix It Forward Program," in Columbus, designed to train individuals to become Maintenance Technicians. No prior apartment maintenance experience is needed. If you are dependable, ready to learn, and enjoy hands-on work, this program provides a career path to a permanent Maintenance Technician role. The training program typically lasts 3 to 6 months and involves progressing through three levels: Beginner (focus on safety, tools, basic tasks), Intermediate (more repairs, less supervision), and Advanced (complex work, ready for a permanent role). Participants receive a full-time paid position, on-the-job training, and company-paid EPA & CPO certifications. Pay increases by $1/hour at each training level (Intermediate and Advanced), with a final increase upon permanent hire. Benefits become available after permanent placement.
