About The Position

Morgan Properties offers a full-time paid training program, known as the 'Fix It Forward Program', designed to train individuals to become Maintenance Technicians. No prior apartment maintenance experience is required. The program emphasizes earning while learning, with participants receiving on-the-job training and pay raises as they advance through three levels: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. The training program typically lasts 3 to 6 months and includes company-paid EPA & CPO certifications. Upon successful completion, trainees are placed into a permanent Maintenance Technician role with additional benefits.

Requirements

• Travel to nearby sister properties for training

Responsibilities

• Perform basic HVAC tasks
• Execute basic plumbing repairs
• Handle basic electrical tasks
• Conduct appliance repair
• Perform apartment turns
• Carry out groundskeeping duties
• Implement preventative maintenance
• Provide customer service
• Follow safety procedures
