About The Position

Morgan Properties offers a Full-Time Paid Training Program, the "Fix It Forward Program," in Baltimore, designed to train individuals to become Maintenance Technicians. No prior apartment maintenance experience is needed. The program is ideal for dependable individuals who are ready to learn and enjoy hands-on work. The training program typically lasts 3 to 6 months and is structured into three levels: Beginner (focusing on safety, tools, and basic tasks), Intermediate (involving more repairs with less supervision), and Advanced (preparing the trainee for complex work and a permanent role). Trainees receive pay raises as they progress through each level, with a final increase upon permanent placement as a Maintenance Technician.
