About The Position
Morgan Properties offers a Full-Time Paid Training Program called 'Fix It Forward' designed to train individuals to become Maintenance Technicians. No prior apartment maintenance experience is needed. The program is ideal for dependable individuals who are ready to learn and enjoy hands-on work. It typically lasts 3 to 6 months and progresses through three levels: Beginner (focusing on safety, tools, and basic tasks), Intermediate (involving more repairs with less supervision), and Advanced (handling complex work and preparing for a permanent role). Participants receive on-the-job training, company-paid EPA & CPO certifications, and pay raises as they advance through each training level. Upon successful completion of the program, trainees will transition into a permanent Maintenance Technician role with full benefits.
