Electrical Schematic Perform precise mechanical adjustments and repairs and dismantle devices to remove and replace defective parts. Rebuild mechanical parts and equipment. Implement preventive maintenance plan for facility and equipment Perform preventative maintenance on various pieces of equipment Communicate with appropriate production personnel regarding mechanical problems and provide technical assistance as required. Detect and report any unusual conditions or defective equipment supervisor Evaluate and make recommendations for machine improvement and upgrades. Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly Understand the grounding requirements for electrical panels, panel doors, electrical covers and guards. Climbing, ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles and the like, using feet and legs and/or hands and arms. Body agility is emphasized. Walking, moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly for long distances. Repetitive motions, substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands and/or fingers. Inside and outside environments apply. Subject to noise, causing reason to shout in order to be heard above the noise level. Subject to hazards such as moving machinery, electrical currents, falling debris, exposure to chemicals, gases, high heat or explosives. Subject to oils and other cutting fluids via touch or air. Other duties as assigned.
