About The Position

If you’re the person others look to when something breaks—this is your role. You’ll be leading a team while staying hands-on with mechanical and electrical systems, troubleshooting issues, and keeping production and facility equipment running safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• 5+ years of maintenance experience (industrial preferred)
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience working with production equipment and facility systems
• Previous leadership, lead, or mentoring experience
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and manuals
• Experience with CMMS systems

Nice To Haves

• PLC or controls experience
• Welding or machining experience
• Maintenance certifications or an apprenticeship background
• Experience in logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing environments

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems
• Perform and oversee preventive maintenance programs
• Diagnose issues using schematics, manuals, and testing tools
• Dismantle equipment and replace defective components
• Fabricate or modify parts when needed
• Ensure accurate documentation of repairs, parts, and work completed
• Manage parts inventory and maintenance materials
• Support equipment installs, upgrades, and facility projects
• Ensure all work meets OSHA, LOTO, and safety standards
