About The Position
Park Place Senior Living is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is full time, benefit eligible. Scheduled hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The Maintenance Technician performs various duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community. Handles repairs and improvements of vacant apartments for a market ready status. Works as a team participant along with the Maintenance & Office staff to ensure the community meets quality maintenance standards.
