Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Maintenance Technician (Semi-Skilled) position. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining physical structures of commercial and/or residential buildings, as well as completing assigned work orders by applying general knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Supports the preventative maintenance schedule.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of technical experience in maintenance
- General mechanical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry and/or painting, as well as HVAC and/or grounds maintenance
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Repairing and maintaining physical structures of commercial and/or residential buildings
- Completing assigned work orders by applying general knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
- Supports the preventative maintenance schedule
