The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in our success. Riverstone is a 308 unit garden-style community nestled in the aromatic fir trees of Federal Way, and inspired by the rugged and beautiful landscape of the PNW. This position performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
