About The Position

To keep our testing centers running smoothly, we are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician (Regular Full-time) to support the upkeep and functionality of our facilities. Our ideal candidate demonstrates teamwork, with the availability to work Wednesday to Wednesday from 6 pm to 6 am.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude for diagnosing and repairing complex machinery.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and techniques.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to report issues and collaborate with teams.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and scheduled maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and calibration, on various printing machines such as offset and digital presses, and bindery equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with machinery, including mechanical failures and electrical malfunctions, to restore optimal operation.
• Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs to reduce unexpected breakdowns and improve equipment longevity.
• Order and manage spare parts, tools, and supplies for equipment maintenance.
• Maintain detailed logs of maintenance activities, repairs, equipment performance, and parts usage.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Provide technical assistance and support to production staff.
