The Maintenance Technician at Greystar Real Estate Partners is responsible for performing technical and mechanical work to ensure that the physical aspects of properties meet the company's standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. • EPA Refrigeration Certification
• EPA Type I Certification

• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders generated from resident requests for service and performs preventative maintenance on the property.
• Completes the 'make-ready' process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing and new move-ins.
• Follows procedures for accessing and obtaining materials, supplies, equipment, and tools from the property's maintenance department.
• Completes documentation and other paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assists in maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities by performing general cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Supports cost-cutting and expense control programs by fixing rather than replacing parts when possible.
