Requirements

• Prefer vocational or technical education or related experience.
• Must have a valid Florida Driver's license.
• Must have the ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• The painter is responsible for performing general painting duties in the community including but not limited to dry wall repairs, sanding of wood/metal, priming surfaces and painting the interior/exterior surfaces.
• Assists in periodic inspections of the community.
