The Maintenance Technician (Office & Industrial) will be responsible for performing all necessary functions in the operation, preventive maintenance and repairs of buildings and equipment in a variety of tasks, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, mechanical and HVACR in conformance with Company-mandated safety procedures. Performs duties consistent with the Mission Statement for the Washington Operations of the Office and Industrial Division. The Maintenance Technician (Office & Industrial) is under the general supervision and direction of the Chief Engineer and/or Engineering Manager. On occasion, the Chief Engineer and/or Engineering Manager may delegate the Lead Engineer to oversee building projects. The Maintenance Technician is expected to comply with the direction given by the Lead Engineer in the performance of these projects. The Maintenance Technician must also comply with established Office Building Operating Policies and Procedures.
