Requirements

• Strong detail orientation.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends).
• Demonstrate the ability to work as a team as well as self-directed.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization.
• Demonstrated ability to work quickly and effectively in demanding situations.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment.

Nice To Haves

• Apprenticeship program, technical school, or Associates Degree.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all maintenance activities including bottling lines, facility, grounds and special projects.
• Anticipate and communicate relevant issues to Supervisor/Manager and for keeping machinery runtime at optimum level.
• Effectively communicate interdepartmentally to ensure highest machine efficiency.
• Abide by all safety requirements.
• Model safe work practices.
• Troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Work with supervisors to determine and solve equipment repairs in order of priority.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance on machines.
• Maintain safe work areas.
• Utilize good communication skills with all personnel.
