About The Position

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring that all areas of the property and its surroundings are maintained in a professional manner and kept in good working order. This role involves completing work orders requested by residents, troubleshooting appliances, and coordinating with office staff to prepare units for new residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all areas of the property and its surroundings in a professional manner and in good working order
• Complete work orders as requested by residents through the Housing Manager
• Troubleshoot all appliances throughout the property and resident units
• Coordinate with the office staff to prepare units for new residents
