This position is responsible for performing assigned work involving routine and non-routine types of preventive and ongoing maintenance (this includes repairs in the areas of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, and machine servicing). In addition, they are responsible for adhering to food safety and sanitation procedures while complying with safe work practices and assisting other members of the maintenance teams and working effectively with other internal staff as needed to assure service excellence. They rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform assigned mechanical maintenance work to ensure efficient ongoing operation of assigned location .
