AMLI Residential is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at AMLI Atlantic Station, a luxury community lease up in the heart of Atlanta’s vibrant shopping and entertainment district! As part of our maintenance crew, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our 376-unit, upscale community remains in top shape—both inside and out. Requirements

• Hands-on experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, and general repairs.
• HVAC Certification (a must-have!).
• Availability for rotating on-call shifts (including evenings & weekends).
• A valid driver’s license for emergency on-call duties.
• The ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Tackling Repairs & Maintenance – HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances—you name it, you fix it!
• Keeping Residents Happy – Respond to service requests promptly and professionally, making our residents feel at home.
• Rotating On-Call Duty – Be a maintenance superhero when needed, including weekends and nights.
• Keeping Amenities in Top Shape – Pools, fountains, and shared spaces need your expert care.
• Conducting Inspections & Preventative Maintenance – Stay ahead of the game by catching issues before they happen.
• Ensuring a Picture-Perfect Community – Help maintain the property’s curb appeal and pristine condition.
