Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED Required.
  • Minimum of 5 Years Work Related Experience in the Maintenance Field Required.
  • Experience in a Leadership Role is Preferred.
  • Excellent Problem Solving, Decision Making, and Planning Skills.
  • Certified in Lockout/Tagout Procedures.
  • Reading/Comprehension Abilities.
  • Aptitude to Work in a Team Environment or Individually.
  • Excellent interpersonal and Communication Skills.
  • Proficient in Troubleshooting, Design, and Optimization of All Maintenance Systems.

Responsibilities

  • Determine work activities, based on work priority, quantity of equipment, and skill of personnel.
  • Monitor employees' work levels and review work performance.
  • Counsel employees about work-related issues and assist employees in correcting job-skill deficiencies.
  • Examine objects, systems, or facilities, and analyze information to determine needed installations, services, or repairs.
  • Inspect and monitor work areas, examine tools and equipment, and provide employee safety training to prevent, detect, and correct unsafe conditions or violations of procedures and safety rules.
  • Inspect, test, and measure completed work, using devices such as hand tools and gauges to verify conformance to standards and repair requirements.
  • Control downtime by informing employees of routine preventive maintenance techniques.
  • Maintain equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level.
  • Prepare mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, regulations & GMPs.
