About The Position
Repairs, adjusts, maintains, modifies, operates and installs various systems, utilities, equipment and related items. Responsible for providing a safe, attractive, and functional environment. The areas for specialization for this job description are 'Biomedical Electronics' and 'HVAC-Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning', and Critical Systems within the Hospital. This position interacts with Hospital employees, administration, physicians, volunteers, contractors, vendors, regulatory officials and the community. An HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, cooling, and ventilation systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The technician ensures systems operate efficiently and safely, providing comfort for building occupants while adhering to all relevant codes and standards. This position travels to all three locations (Midtown, Gateway, & Henderson).
