Maintenance Technician IV (Electrician) - 3rd shift (5pm-2:30am)
About The Position
Maintains the function of department assets to ensure reliable equipment and quality standards are met. Works closely with Department Reliability Engineering regarding; Maintenance Program development, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis. May facilitate various workshops. Considered an SME (subject matter expert) in advanced skilled trade disciplines Contributes to developing and delivering technical training modules, OJT's, etc. Assist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organization Supports continuous improvement projects and safety initiatives within the maintenance organization and/or the site Understands and follows all safety and GMP regulations Assist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organization
Requirements
- HS diploma with 10+ yrs. experience or College degree, college certificate, or formal apprenticeship and 5+ years of work experience related to skilled trades or other relevant technical degree
- Proficient user of Abbvie’s CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) and intermediate skills with MS Windows.
- Knowledge and ability to use advanced tools (i.e., machine tools, diagnostic tools, predictive tools)
- In some Abbvie Maintenance organizations, electrical skills and knowledge is require
