About The Position

The Maintenance Technician Internship will begin in May and end in December 2025. The Maintenance Technician Intern will receive hands-on training in various topics including motors, electrical controls, pneumatics, food safety, OSHA safety requirements, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Working with the maintenance team to gain a fundamental understanding of electrical (not 460V), pneumatic, mechanical systems, motors, gear boxes, and drives.
• Learning diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques.
• Understanding the Lock Out Tag Out process and control of hazardous energy.
• Working with Maintenance Software to input time spent on repairs and to issue repair parts.
• Supporting Global Food Safety initiatives.
