About The Position

As a Technician III - Maintenance and Facilities, you will be an important part of ensuring our warehouse operations run, solving complex challenges and driving improvements in industrial maintenance and automation systems. Hands-on work with modern automation and facility systems—your expertise in PLC, VFDs, and electrical controls will keep operations running smoothly. Solve real-time technical challenges—troubleshoot complex machinery, improve reliability, and enhance system performance. You will report onsite at our Piney Flats, TN Fulfillment Center.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, with trade school certification or military technical training.
• At least 5 years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance within a production or warehouse environment.
• Advanced knowledge in PLC, VFDs, and automation control systems.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and be on call.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex maintenance challenges, ensuring the reliability of critical warehouse systems while mentoring team members.
• Maintain and troubleshoot industrial equipment.
• Perform facility repairs and upgrades.
• Implement Kaizen and Total Productive Maintenance.
