Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Technical school or certificate in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or mechanics
10+ years of experience in facilities / building maintenance or skilled trades
Broad knowledge across multiple trades, with demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general building issues
Strong mechanical aptitude; able to safely and effectively use a wide range of tools and equipment
Solid understanding of preventive maintenance, safety practices, and applicable building codes
Proven track record of completing projects promptly, thoroughly, and to a high standard of quality
Ability to work independently with minimal direction as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in indoor/outdoor environments year-round
