As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in keeping our high-volume manufacturing operations running safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime. In this multi-craft role, you’ll work across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, using your expertise to troubleshoot, repair, and optimize plant equipment. You’ll support CNC and PLC-controlled machinery, motor controls and drives, robotics (including FANUC and KUKA), industrial networks, and automated tooling systems, ideal for Maintenance Technicians or Maintenance Mechanics looking to expand their automation knowledge and develop long-term technical mastery in a modern manufacturing environment. We pay by experience: 3 Years: $34.50 plus a 6% Shift Differential 4 Years: $35.89 plus a 6% Shift Differential 5 Years: $37.29 plus a 6% Shift Differential 6+ Years or Combination of Years Plus Journeyman's Card: $38.85. plus a 6% Shift Differential We are offering $1,000 Sign-On bonuses for experienced Maintenance Technicians paid out after 90 days of employment!
