About The Position

We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician III to join our Dallas team and keep our operations running safely, smoothly, and efficiently. As a Maintenance Technician III, you'll ensure the reliability of our production equipment and create a safe environment for your colleagues. Your day-to-day will include: Maintain and repair equipment: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pumps, valves, motors, conveyors, mixers, filling lines, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and related production equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues: Use advanced PLC knowledge, electrical schematics, diagnostic tools (multimeters, test meters), and VFD programming to quickly identify and resolve electrical, mechanical, and control system problems. Support production efficiency: Partner with production teams to minimize downtime, schedule repairs strategically, and ensure equipment is available when needed. Work safely and responsibly: Follow ISO, OSHA, and Hempel safety guidelines, including LOTO procedures, confined space protocols, PPE use, and chemical handling (SDS reference). Keep records and share knowledge: Document all work in the CMMS system, report irregularities, maintain parts inventory, and transfer knowledge through training and coaching. Be ready when it counts: Serve as essential staff during emergencies, responding to call-ins or on-call needs to keep operations running. Requirements

  • 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
  • Advanced skills in PLC troubleshooting/programming and VFDs.
  • Ability to read and work from electrical schematics and diagrams.
  • Skilled in the use of diagnostic tools such as multimeters.
  • Proficient with basic computer applications and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical certifications preferred.
