About The Position

We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician III to join our Dallas team and keep our operations running safely, smoothly, and efficiently. As a Maintenance Technician III, you'll ensure the reliability of our production equipment and create a safe environment for your colleagues. Your day-to-day will include: Maintain and repair equipment: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pumps, valves, motors, conveyors, mixers, filling lines, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and related production equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues: Use advanced PLC knowledge, electrical schematics, diagnostic tools (multimeters, test meters), and VFD programming to quickly identify and resolve electrical, mechanical, and control system problems. Support production efficiency: Partner with production teams to minimize downtime, schedule repairs strategically, and ensure equipment is available when needed. Work safely and responsibly: Follow ISO, OSHA, and Hempel safety guidelines, including LOTO procedures, confined space protocols, PPE use, and chemical handling (SDS reference). Keep records and share knowledge: Document all work in the CMMS system, report irregularities, maintain parts inventory, and transfer knowledge through training and coaching. Requirements

10+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
Advanced skills in PLC troubleshooting/programming and VFDs.
Ability to read and work from electrical schematics and diagrams.
Skilled in the use of diagnostic tools such as multimeters.
Proficient with basic computer applications and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
High school diploma or GED required; technical certifications preferred.
