Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in electrical, mechanical, and HVAC maintenance (commercial/industrial setting required)
  • High voltage experience (required)
  • Experience with plumbing and carpentry repairs
  • Preventive maintenance experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must pass: Keystone background check
  • FAA background check
  • Lambert International Airport SIDA badge and driver’s test (within 2 tries)
  • Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and drug screen
  • Must have a valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

  • Painting or commercial carpentry experience

Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and HVAC issues
  • Conduct preventive maintenance (PMs)
  • Replace filters, light bulbs, and other facility components
  • Train other maintenance team members as needed
  • Assist outside vendors, inspectors, and service personnel
  • Use CMMS software to manage work orders and document repairs
  • Follow OSHA and safety standards at all times
