Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in electrical, mechanical, and HVAC maintenance (commercial/industrial setting required)
- High voltage experience (required)
- Experience with plumbing and carpentry repairs
- Preventive maintenance experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass: Keystone background check
- FAA background check
- Lambert International Airport SIDA badge and driver’s test (within 2 tries)
- Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and drug screen
- Must have a valid driver’s license
Nice To Haves
- Painting or commercial carpentry experience
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and HVAC issues
- Conduct preventive maintenance (PMs)
- Replace filters, light bulbs, and other facility components
- Train other maintenance team members as needed
- Assist outside vendors, inspectors, and service personnel
- Use CMMS software to manage work orders and document repairs
- Follow OSHA and safety standards at all times
