About The Position

As a Maintenance Partner, you'll function in a team environment, reporting to the Maintenance Team Leader with direct responsibilities to the Production Team Leader and Team. You'll provide technical support to ensure a safe environment, producing safe, high-quality product, in a timely manner, at the best cost possible. Requirements

• High school diploma
• Experience in maintenance
• Experience in electrical/mechanical/equipment repair
• Ability to interrelate with others using technical knowledge
• Ability to train and guide other Mechanics
• Dependability and reliability

Nice To Haves

• Comprehensive understanding of building systems (e.g., steam distribution, chilled water, compressed air glycol systems)
• Knowledge of federal and local electrical codes
• Current refrigeration license
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics

Responsibilities

• Maintains manufacturing processes and equipment in optimum condition; integrates several process techniques focused on achieving high levels of overall process effectiveness (TPO)
• Applies fundamental understanding of team in development and active participation in a team environment through Division and Plant team orientation, and safety and quality training, and Level I Team skills
• Operates various electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, and welding equipment
• Repairs plant equipment including electrical, electronics, hydraulic, mechanics, pneumatic, refrigeration, and HVAC systems
• Performs preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on various systems
• Reads and interprets blueprints and schematics for electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
• Designs and modifies systems using AutoCad
