From creating the home standby generator market category, to our current evolution into an energy technology solutions company, we continue to push new boundaries. 2nd shift - Maintenance Technician III - Journeyman Onsite | Beaver Dam, WI Schedule: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM Compensation (including shift premium): Maintenance Technician III: $37.50/hour (Base $35.00 + $2.50 shift premium) Maintenance Technician II: $32.50/hour (Base $30.00 + $2.50 shift premium) Following established process and procedures, the Maintenance Technician is expected to perform emergency, routine and preventive maintenance on all production and building equipment while maintaining safety and communicating effectively. This position is responsible for daily problem solving and for the repair of robotic, mechanical, hydraulic, electrical or small outdoor power equipment that is associated with manufacturing and facility infrastructure (where applicable).

Requirements

  • Maintenance Technician I & II knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Advanced mechanical aptitude and ability to understand complex issues.
  • Ability to lead in the designing, fabricating and welding of mechanical structures, guards and equipment.
  • Advanced knowledge of codes and regulations as they apply to an industrial maintenance role.
  • Ability and knowledge needed to mentor and train apprentices and/or maintenance technicians.
  • Advanced knowledge of PLC hardware and programming systems.
  • Ability to maintain and troubleshoot PLC controlled equipment.
  • Ability to manage projects related to repairs and maintenance using both internal and external resources.
  • Advanced welding experience.
  • Knowledge of robotics and automation.

Responsibilities

  • All Maintenance Technician I & II responsibilities.
  • Build manufacturing lines and cells to support production needs.
  • Advanced mechanical, electrical and PLC troubleshooting and repair.
  • Perform preventative and predictive maintenance of production line equipment.
  • Coordinate resources for projects with external vendors.
  • Create and implement timelines for work completion.
  • Provide technical support to project managers and engineers as needed.
  • Assist with relocating complex machines, equipment and components.
  • Train technicians how to trouble shoot and repair mechanical, electrical and PLC equipment.
