Requirements

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong electrical + mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with CNC equipment and/or robotics
• Ability to read electrical schematics
• Hands-on with hydraulics & pneumatics
• A mindset to figure it out and fix it right

Nice To Haves

• PLC troubleshooting or programming
• Experience with Fanuc, ABB, or similar robotics
• Technical training or trade certification

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines, manual equipment, and robotic systems
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues to minimize downtime
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
• Work with PLCs, motors, drives, sensors, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Perform preventative maintenance and continuous improvements
• Support and optimize automation and robotic cells
