Monarch Landing is recruiting for a hospitality-focused Maintenance Technician II to join our team! This is a full-time position, Tuesday - Saturday, 9:30am-6pm. Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Maintenance Technician II: Performs routine and emergency repairs such as correcting minor electrical malfunctions, plumbing work, repairing and replacing light bulbs and fixtures, appliance repairs, medical equipment, repairing doors and locks, etc… Assists in servicing HVAC units/systems. Keeps complete and accurate records of repairs of equipment and vehicles. Responds to emergency calls for system and equipment failure. Performs preventative maintenance, assists with snow removal, and is part of a scheduled on-call rotation. Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have: High school diploma or GED required. Technical schooling or a minimum of one (1) year experience in a residential apartment complex, commercial building, construction, or maintenance is required. HVAC experience preferred Valid IL State driver's license with a good driving record. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
