About The Position

Join us for this incredible opportunity to be part of our team as a Full-Time Maintenance Technician II at Ka'anapali Ali'i located in Lahaina, Hawaii! Requirements

  • Valid Hawaii Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
  • Strong mechanical ability
  • Able to take and follow directions as needed
  • Experience in areas such as building maintenance, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, refrigeration, air conditioning, masonry, painting, carpentry, and basic lock repairs
  • Proper skills in the safe use of tools and other materials required to perform maintenance tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage projects and establish priorities with diverse timelines and responsibilities
  • Significant experience in problem solving, investigation and research
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Proactive approach to problem solving
  • Ability to work cohesively with team members

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum 2-year college degree or 6 years of experience in related field preferred

  • The primary responsibility of the Maintenance Technician II is to ensure exceptional guest and homeowner services by effectively maintaining the machinery, equipment, and infrastructure within their designated scope.
