Join us for this incredible opportunity to be part of our team as a Full-Time Maintenance Technician II at Ka'anapali Ali'i located in Lahaina, Hawaii! Requirements
- Valid Hawaii Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
- Strong mechanical ability
- Able to take and follow directions as needed
- Experience in areas such as building maintenance, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, refrigeration, air conditioning, masonry, painting, carpentry, and basic lock repairs
- Proper skills in the safe use of tools and other materials required to perform maintenance tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage projects and establish priorities with diverse timelines and responsibilities
- Significant experience in problem solving, investigation and research
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Proactive approach to problem solving
- Ability to work cohesively with team members
Nice To Haves
- Minimum 2-year college degree or 6 years of experience in related field preferred
