About The Position
Ovation Communities is seeking a motivated, skilled Maintenance Technician II to help maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. In this role, you’ll perform repairs, maintain equipment, complete work requests, and support preventive maintenance programs—all while contributing to a culture of excellence and safety across the campus.
Requirements
- Skilled in general maintenance, repairs, and building systems
- Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently or as part of a team
- Knowledgeable of federal, state, and local regulations related to maintenance activities
- Dependable, flexible, and professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds and perform physically active tasks.
