The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for providing an exceptional and consistent customer service experience in all interactions with our Residents. They will be responsible for the completion of all maintenance requests/work orders on occupied homes within their assigned geographic territory. This role involves communicating clearly, compassionately, and with empathy with team members, residents, and vendors, and providing exceptional customer service. The technician will also communicate with the Assistant Maintenance Manager – Tech (AMM-T) and/or Centralized Maintenance Coordinator (CMC) to prioritize tasks and respond to and complete service requests professionally and timely. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment is also essential.
